Refund Policy

All sales for ad space on our 9x12 EDDM postcards are final. Since our service involves the creation and distribution of a shared direct mail advertisement, refunds cannot be issued once your ad has been designed, approved, or mailed.

Refund Eligibility:

• If we are unable to fulfill the mailing due to unforeseen circumstances, a credit or refund will be issued at our discretion depending on circumstances. Usually a Full Refund is Issued
• If you cancel before your ad is designed, printed or shipped then you may be eligible for a refund. 

Once the postcard has been printed or mailed, no refunds can be provided, as the service has been fully rendered.
